21-year-old student wins brand new car at Holy Family parish bazaar

21 year old Dinga Romeo, Upper Sixth student of New Horizon Comprehensive High School, Limbe has won a brand new car during the Holy Family Parish, New Town, Limbe 2017 harvest thanksgiving on Sunday December 10, 2017.
The 21-year-old who says he was caught by surprise during the bazaar segment of the harvest, expressed thanks to God for blessing him with a brand new car. He said this a lesson for people to know that God works in mysterious ways.
Quizzed on what he intends to do with the brand new car, he said he will invest with the car.

It should be noted that they were other prizes won like brand new motorbikes, fans buckets, and other household utensils..
Earlier at the thanksgiving, Rev. Fr. Anthony Chidi Ebere Nwankwo captioning his sermon “Leveling the mountain and valley of our life”, and drawing from the books of Psalms 149:1 and 1 chronicle 16:17, told the Christians that despite the struggles of time they should count themselves privileged to assembly in God’s vineyard.
He added that it will be a pity for Jesus to return and not find Christians ready for him. He therefore called on Christians to be prepared at all times and be ready when God will send his son to the world in a few weeks.
And urged the Christians to fill the mountain of hatred, jealousy, stealing among others.
During the harvest the Chief launcher and prominent businessman Bony Dashako donated the sum of FCFA 1 million followed by donations by other prominent persons like the representative of the Government Delegate, Secretary General of the Limbe City council, Charles Arrey Nkongho who gave FCFA 500.000 and Dr and Mrs Oben Victor who also donated the sum of FCFA 500.000. Newspaper publisher, Chief Foanyi Nkemayang Paul donated the sum of FCFA 200.000. Several other donations followed but as at press time the total amount recorded at the harvest was not made known.
