While insisting on moral and civic values, the Youth Affairs boss told youths to “Use the social network responsibly, contribute to behavioral change in the society because Cameroon is relying on you.”

Hon Joshua Osih explained that “we undertake this important activity that gives exposure, to empower young people selected in the various legislative electoral constituencies of the country and they reflect the gender difference that we have in Parliament and they are supposed to play a role as relay between the youths and the actual Parliamentarians in these constituencies. The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education is empowering them, rearming them and making sure that these privileged few will be at the service of the nation.”

Officially opening the youth village in hybrid, the Minister encouraged the young entrepreneurs to keep up with the spirit of innovations. He visited all the stands where youth products and services were displayed.

Minister Mounouna Foutsou explained that “The major innovation in this village this year is the PRONEC REARMORSE boulevard which is a special space dedicated for the vulgarization and promotion of the national civic education programme through moral, civic and entrepreneurial rearmament. So, that each visitor who comes here to the village can go back rearmed.”
