National Vote Counting Commission begins work

The National Commission for the Counting of Votes after the presidential election of October 7 has begun work. The Commission met at the Conference Centre in Yaounde on October 9 to begin the process of vote compilation and counting ahead of the imminent proclamation of results in the days ahead.
The composition of the National Commission for the Final Counting of Votes has been published by ELECAM as follows:

It should be noted that the duties of the afore-mentioned members of the Vote Counting Commission is free, though, as stated by ELECAM, they may benefit from certain work amenities.
The Constitutional Council is expected to proceed with the adoption and subsequent proclamation of the final results by October 22.
