London-based Cameroonian-born influencer, Ms. Delphine A. Singah a.k.a Delly Singah arrived Cameroon early last week to a heroic welcome.
On hand to receive her at the airport was a thick crowd including her fans, supporters and admirers.
Aside from being an influencer of inestimable worth, Delly Singah represents the Information and Communication Technology University (ICT-U) Foundation brand positively in a multitude of settings and as the need arises.
Mummy Delly joined Prime Minister’s Special Envoy, five members of government, ambassadors, Vice-Chancellors, Senators, MPs, Traditional Rulers, among others to answer present at the 7th graduation ceremony of the ICT University Saturday, July 29. The event took place at the Yaounde Conference Center.

The SUN recalls that Rev. Jesse Song, special representative of Professor Victor Mbarika, President, Board of Trustees, ICT-U Foundation USA, handed the appointment to Ms Singah at a ceremony in London-UK December 1, 2020.
The appointment came with all rights to speak for and on behalf of the ICT University and all its campuses in the developing world, Prof. Mbarika said in a statement co-signed by Dr. Foluso Ayeni, Vice-President, International Linkages, ICT-U.
Ms. Singah’s appointment followed that of CRTV’s Charles Ebune in September 2020.
As ICT-U Special Ambassador, Ms. Singah among other things assists in content creation for blogs, newsletters, and product reviews. She participates in event marketing in the developing world and the USA as well as generate awareness for the ICT-U brand through word-of-mouth marketing.
Being an opinion leader in her sphere of influence, she provides feedback and insight on new products/services likely to boost the image of ICT-U. Singah leverages her huge social media following to make the ICT-U brand a reference.
