Despite the court case hanging over the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon, represented by the Moderator, Rt. Rev. Samuel Fonki Forba, and the Buea Diocese of the Catholic Church, Both institutions have embarked on a massive shakeup of pastors and priests.
In the PCC, the massive shake up was made after a decision taken by members of the staffing committee at the Church Center Kumba on Saturday May 27 2017.
The SUN learned that Rev Foncham Ezekiel who formally served as parish pastor for Ntamulung has been appointed as new presbyterial secretary of Fako South presbytery.
Reverend Ngochi Paul has been appointed as presbyterial Treasurer Ngie, Reverend Columbus Yande Colombos as presbyterial Treasurer for Akwaya Presbytery, Rev Epie Mark Kogge as Presbyterial Treasurer for Meta and Rev Theophil P as Presbyterial Treasurer for Batibo.
Still under the category of Presbyterial secretaries, Rev Achah Gerald who served as parish pastor for PCC Bastos has been appointed as presbyterial secretary for Ngie.
The new Presbyterial secretary for Akwaya is Rev Asaha Ferdinand. Reverend Ngwa Hosea is now presbyterial secretary for Mezam. Rev Anjoambum George from Ndian division is now the new Prsbyterial secretary for Bali. Rev Kang Denis former pastor at PC Nsimeyong is now new Presbyterial secretary for the West. Reverend Achuranjoh Philip Newnoh has been appointed as Presbyterial Secretary for Donga Mantung.
Atoh Derick Suh was appointed as acting health services secretary for PCC. Muyo Jude is the new Human resource Manager of the PCC.
Rev Neba Muangu is Youth Pastor East Mungo region and new pastor of Cite de la Paix. Rev Ewonsu Stephen is the Youth Pastor for the North West region. Rev Bah Pius has been appointed as new Youth pastor for the South West region and Pastor of Fiango 3 corners in Kumba. Rev Anye Ivo is the new Regional secretary North West region and Pastor of Bomassa.
Rev Nkwenti Joseph is National Sunday School Officer and pastor of Alamatu.
Rev Dr Nyuiky Peter was raised to the position of Vice Dean in charge of Academic Affairs at the Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Kumba. Rev Fobang Geraldine as new station manager of the Christian Broadcasting service, CBS Buea and Ngemda Emmanuel is Producer of the Radio station.
