Mbah Acha Rose rewards meritorious Supreme State Audit staff

Hard working staff of the Supreme State Audit Office have promised their Minister Delegate at the Presidency, Mbah Acha Rose that they will double their efforts at work in order to actively participate in the achievement of missions assigned to them. The commitment was collectively taken last May 1, 2017 as they received prizes and encouragement certificates offered by Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of Supreme State Audit Office, Mbah Acha Rose on the occasion of the 131st edition of the International Labour Day.

Taking the floor, the staff delegate of the Supreme State Audit Office, Eyenga Olivier expressed gratitude to the Minister Delegate, Mbah Acha Rose for the enabling working environment created since her appointment as Minister to lead them to higher heights. He said their hard working spirit is highly motivated by the Minister’s insistence that the entire staff instead of a selective few is eligible to indemnity benefits.
The Staff Delegate used the occasion to present their wish to put in place a solidarity association for the Supreme State Audit Office in order to consolidate their team work and communion.
He equally expressed the wish to see that the organization of future Labour Day activities in the Ministry are handed over to the staff like in other ministries.
Responding to preoccupations raised, Minister Delegate at the Presidency, Mbah Acha Rose while reiterating her wish to continuously improve the working conditions of her staff instructed them to finalize ground work and contributions so that the solidarity movement be created as soon as possible.
She stressed on the need for permanent dialogue as a solution to social cohesion which is necessary for the country’s development.
