SOBANS all over the world are so disappointed in the manner Ngwafor Ephraim is using the priests and clergy in collusion with Ebot Mfoataw to further the disgrace and opprobrium his presence has brought to Sasse College and SOBA as a whole. We are all satisfied with the job being carried out by the Caretaker Committee under the leadership of Dr Amos Namanga Ngongi and his team. You see in Sasse we are trained to be upright and law abiding. We have been confronted with a strange form of leadership and management akin to failed politicians of the current regime. The letter by SOBA UK once more exacerbates the idiocy and lack of respect of SOBA by Professor Ngwafor and his cohorts. How on earth can you collect 2.6 million francs from SOBA UK as
contributions for the 75th anniversary only to turn a volte face because accountability was brought to question? How can you refuse to render both income and expenditure of the 75th Anniversary of Sasse College only to create a committee to organise the 80th anniversary? I am sure that their interest is not in SOBA but for their pecuniary interests. We are glad that the UK chapter does not recognise the impostors and have made it clear that they completely respect the SOBA constitution especially article 23.2, giving powers to the Chapters to call for a revival general assembly to vote a new executive and this has been done. All what Ngwafor and Mfoataw are doing is a frustrated music from solitary confinement. SOBA is led by Dr. Amos Namanga, any other person purporting to be SOBA President is a creation of illegality and illegitimacy. The mere fact of mentioning this is a disgrace to honorary former ministers of SOBA extraction we had such as: Anoma Ngu, Peter Mafany, Tom Dio, etc. These people come to SASSE to give inspirational talks from successful Sobans but now our ministers genuflect to chase popularity and recognition through SOBA whilst using a puppet gone astray to pen on paper exposing their mean and disingenuous administrative style. The chapter to whom I belong does not recognise those yahoos and so do I. What a shame. That said, the UK chapter is within her legitimate and legal rights to make a mockery of the impostors.
