The founder of the Centre of Human Rights and Democracy in Africa Felix Agbor Nkongho has visited Cameroonian refugees fleeing from the violence in the two English-speaking regions of the country.
Agbor Balla who was in the Cross river State to provide assistance to the refugees as he was spotted on Saturday alongside his team at the Adagom Refugee Settlement Camp in Ogoja.
They distributed distributed foodstuffs and other items to the population as well as exchange pleasantries and comfort them with hope messages.
Agbor Balla’s bvisit comes after several visits by the Ayah Foundation to the refugees in Nigeria but it has since become difficult to visit them due to the precarious security condition along the Cameroon-Nigerian borders as a result of the continuous fighting between Cameroon security forces and the separatist fighters.
