For over four hours, the group deliberated on proposals tabled by the various committees, debating and agreeing on best options.

Speaking at the event, Jude Viban urged all to express their ideas and opinions freely, reminding that the success of the event depends on each and every individual. While observing that there was possibility to hold the meeting online, the national president maintained that a physical meeting had much to deliver, reason why members came in from Bertoua, Yaounde, Douala, Bamenda, Kumba, Bangem and Buea to meet with those under the Limbe Chapter for the deliberation.

Step by step, the members went through all the proposals, as was presented by the Committee heads. At the close of the deliberations, the committees were tasked to modify the proposals with the various inputs/adjustments made during the meeting.

The 12 committees include; Central Organising Committee, Programme and Protocol, Venue and Logistics, Publicity and Communications, Awards and Recognition, Finance, Registration and Accreditation, Hospitality and Welfare, Security and Compliance, Mobilisation and Outreach, Medical and Emergency Response, Documentation and Resolution.

Discussions during the Limbe meeting also focused on the CAMASEJ Website project, whereby the national president urged Chapter presidents to supply information of their chapters for a complete set up of the website, which is programmed to give the association more visibility nationally and internationally.

The gathering also served as a platform for the attendees to exchange ideas on supporting kids of deceased colleagues in the 2025/2026 back-to-school period.
