Former African football greats witness Burkina Faso’s stadium inauguration

Samuel Eto’o led African legends who participated in the inauguration of the August 4 Stadium in Burkina Faso on Monday. It was an occasion for the leader of the country, Ibrahim Traore, to share a moment with the veteran footballers and explore the opportunities that the country has.

As spokesperson of the former footballers, Eto’o highlighted the hospitality they felt, urging everyone to always feel free to visit the West African country. He said Ibrahim Traore is “the pride of Africa.”

Other Cameroonians present included Rigobert Song, Stephane Mbia, Alexandre Song and Benjamin Moukandjo.
