El Hadj Relouanou to pay Biya’s Presidential Elections caution fee

A Muslim elite by name El Hadj Relouanou Charaboutou, National President of Association des Elites Musulmans pour le Développement au Cameroun (ASSEMDEC), says he is ready to register President Biya and pay the FCFA 30million caution for the upcoming Presidential Elections.

Hesaid this during a ceremony organised by ASSEMDEC to pray for peace, promote social cohesion, living together and deliver a motion of support to the president of the republic. The event took place in Douala on Saturday March 31, 2018.
El Hadj Relouanou Charaboutou took the opportunity to sensitise Muslims of the on the importance of being involved in the elections, as he invited ELECAM to register prospective voters present at the ceremony.
El Hadj Relouanou called on all to rally behind the national chairman of CPDM, Paul Biya and vote for him in the next elections.
On the subject of peace, El Hadj emphasised that “Cameroon is one and indivisible, so we must uphold peace in all its forms. Do not pay attention to the ‘false’ information published on social media by enemies of peace and unity.”
According to the representative of the DO for Douala II, said: “Peace and living together are values cherished by the Head of State, hence such actions should be emulated by all,” and commended El Hadj Relouanou for his efforts, for the growth and progress of the nation.
Speaking on behalf of the youths, the Secretary General of the association of Muslim youths, hailed the venerated elite for his investments in their lives. “We thank El Hadj Relouanou for sending some of us to school, offering driving licences to others and procuring working equipment for those involved in handwork,” the SG added.
ASSEMDECis a social association withobjectives to promote the culture of peace and social cohesion; training and insertion of youths in the socio-economic domain and carry out social and development actions.
