First elected SDF Konye District Chair promises to oust CPDM

The first ever elected SDF District Chairman of the Konye Electoral District, Barrister Godlove ILambo Ebako has promised outs the ruling CPDM party in the area and ensures that his party stands tall in all elections this year.
‘I have come to take my people out of bondage and what I know as a fact is that our party is going to stand tall in what so ever democratic elections this year’, the Chairman hinted.


The young Chairman made the declaration in Konye on January 28 after he was elected and installed by the leader of the Reorganization Committee for the Southwest, Hon. Mbah Ndam in the presence of the Member of Parliament for Kumba Central, Hon. Bolieve Mbanya and the Southwest Regional Chairperson, Mayor Martin Forcha Ndobegang.
According to the Chairman, the SDF has always stood its grounds when it comes to elections in Konye. He noted that the SDF has always lost to the CPDM with a very slim margin.
‘The problem we had in Konye was coordination, to ensure that everybody come on board and are not afraid of their stand. Another was that of leadership which has been handled with a leader who can bring people together to see that success is the other of the day’, the Chairman said.
The newly elected Chairman however prays that God gives him the strength to carry on the duties bestowed on him by his party. He further calls for collaboration from militants from all the nooks and crannies of the district to see that they attain success at the end.
On his part, the leader of the Reorganization Committee for the Southwest Region, Hon. Mbah Ndam appreciated the massive turn out of the militants despite the sociopolitical situation in this part of the country.
He congratulated the newly elect District Chairman and his executive and reminded them of the task that awaits them especially as it is an election year.
Hon. Mbah Ndam called on the militants to endeavour to register for the upcoming elections and give their executive the necessary support and collaboration they need during this period.
Barrister Godlove ILambo Ebako is expected to work with John Motoumba the Secretary General, Maurice Ameh Ngwa the Organizing Secretary, Barrister Abraham Njoro the Legal Adviser and many more.
