The Lord City Mayor of the Limbe City Council, Paul Efome L.M Ngale has been hailed, blessed and brandished as a true bonafide son of Limbe in whom hundreds of thousands are well pleased.
These accolades were formulated by the traditional ruler of Wovia HRM Chief George Dikanjo Malumbe who doubles as the President of Limbe Chiefs’ Conference together with his royal palace, family heads, notables and subjects of his village when they paid a visit to the LCC boss on Wednesday, June 15, 2023 at the Limbe City Council.
During the meeting HRM Chief George Dikanjo Malumbe, brandished Paul Efome L.M Ngale, Prince of Bobende Village in Limbe ll, as royalty, respected, recognised and acclaimed by all traditional chiefdoms of Limbe. Adding that his lineage is inscribed in the DNA of Limbe as far back as history can retain.
Through this act, Wovia Village known to be the biggest village on the coast of Cameroon with a peculiarity that they do libations in the sea, have set records straight about the undeniable fact that Paul Efome is truly the long awaited son of Limbe who will take its development to higher heights.
They thus did not come empty-handed. They came to pay allegiance and transmit their power and protection to the City Mayor and to extend their appreciation to the head of state, President of the Republic H.E President Paul Biya for investing Paul Efome L.M Ngale as City Mayor of Limbe City Council.
In a spectacular display of traditional rites, Paul Efome was dressed in authority and handed attributes of power including a paddle and a broom. In total humility, he happily accepted the honours offered him and hailed the throne of HRM Chief DIKANJO.
